If you just want 7 riders at low price, then RAH 220 would be your choice.
But size really has difference, 301 looks better than 220.
I still love my old DX 10 riders, so I stopped my RAH 220 after riderman.
BM project = Bandai crossover Medicom. This is built by Medicom and being supervised by Bandai for the build.
Theoretically, BM project should be better than DX. But the QC of manufacturing factory of Medicom in Mainland China is really poor, so the BM is more or less than same as Dx QC.
It seems that BM is now releasing new Kamen rider and DX is releasing old Riders.
BM is not necessarily expensive. e.g. Kabuto, the price is very low now as the QC is really bad!!!
Since Japanese loves No. 1 and No.3, so FIRST and NEXT got fried up as stock in Japan being exhausted.
If I were you:
if money is problem, I will choose RAH 220 and buy all 7.
For RAH 300 or 301, fair priced one would be Superone. The QC is very good.
Old DX 10 riders are really expensive.
Upcoming hit items would be DX Black and Shadowmoon . Remember to order them or buy them immediately after release. I think that they may be fried and sold out soon after release.
